Collecting Data
Ada, Grace, and Mike can teach us a lot about artificial intelligence, but what are we teaching them? Believe it or not, a visitor's interaction with a virtual human is more than a high-tech conversation. Our guides gain volumes of information from each interaction they have, and researchers from the Institute for Creative Technologies collect this data regularly and use it to improve their communication skills over time.
